When you wanna have "Steam" and an legal game then you need..

First you must download PacSteam!
Then install it.Click on your desktop on the folder PacSteamT there you find the Folder PacSteamT again i think...
In this folder is the AutoUpdator.exe.Dobleclick and download the new version of PacSteam.
When the install finished open the Inventory.exe.
Klick on PacSteam and wait...The platform must be updated!!!
Click on SteamPatcher.
Register you by Steam and logg you with your account.
Click on my games and download the Counter Strike: Source.
When it doesen't work go to the folder C(D,F,E etc):\PacSteamT\steamapps.
Delete all what you see there but don't delete the Folders like your nick common or SourceMods.
When you download the game then doubleclick with the left buttom of the mouse and it should work
